My order has not been fulfilled. It has taken a while to be delivered. Current update says postage was not paid and the order can’t be delivered. I try to contact customer service with more information and all that is said is that they will reship my order; however, there is no updated status or tracking number. Not sure why I was sent this email considering I haven’t received the pump.

when I first received my GLE10 pumps, I was really impressed with their performance. However, about a month after using them, one of the motors broke. I reached out to Kissbobo for support, and they promptly sent me a replacement pump, which I appreciated.

Fast forward to three months later, and unfortunately, I encountered another issue - this time, the second motor stopped working during a pumping session. I have tried to contact Kissbobo multiple times via email about this problem. I received one response asking if I had broken the motor, to which I clarified that it simply stopped working. Since then, my emails have gone unanswered.

As a breastfeeding mother who pumps every two hours while at work, this situation has become an extreme inconvenience for me. I believe I still have a guarantee on one of the pumps, yet I feel like I'm being ignored.

I urge potential buyers not to be fooled by the rave reviews on social media. Many of those reviews seem to come from individuals who are either being compensated or receiving free products. If you're considering investing in these pumps, I recommend spending a little more money on a more reliable brand. I have already wasted a significant amount of money on what I thought would be a good product, only to be let down by the performance.

In conclusion, while the GLE10 pumps initially felt like a great choice, I have now experienced two motor failures in just five months. PLEASE learn from my experience and make a more informed decision.

Its been more than 15 days and i have not recieved my pump.

I was in search of a good quality wearable pump because I am a working mom and came across this one from another mom on Instagram. I decided to order the 158pro. I loved that it was affordable and very good quality. It has really strong suction so it does a great job at completely emptying you out. I also love that it has a massage feature that can be used before expression. I also love that it’s hard plastic which makes it less prone to leaking. My only draw back about this pump is that the LED screen is extremely sensitive to touch which can mess up the setting while pumping. Other then that this pump is a must by is your looking for an affordable and quality wearable pump.
