  • Cancel Order

If you change your mind after placing your order and wish to cancel it, please notify us before shipping. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we are unable to recall a product once it has embarked on its journey to your doorstep. However, with timely notification, we will ensure a smooth cancellation process and you will receive a full refund. Thank you for your understanding!

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a seamless and customer-friendly return policy to ensure your satisfaction. You can offer to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your package!

  • Quality Assurance

To give you peace of mind, we offer a 1 year limited warranty on the Kissbobo Automatic Breastpump, you can add an additional 2 years to the warranty after activating the product warranty, the warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions of the product, but does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear, please refer to our Warranty Policies page for the detailed terms of the warranty. If you encounter any problems with your product within 1 year of purchase, we have you covered. Quality related return conditions:

1. contact our customer support team within 1 year of receiving your package.

2. Provide details about the quality issue and our team will guide you through the return process.

3. We will cover the return shipping cost for quality-related returns.


  • How to return a product

We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. Don't worry, we are here to make the return process as seamless as possible. Please follow the steps below to return your product:

1. Include detailed information:

When contacting us, please be sure to include your order number, the date of your order and a short note explaining why you are requesting a return. This helps us to better assist you.

2. Awaiting authorization:

We will review your request and notify you via email if it is approved. Upon approval, you will receive detailed return instructions.

3. Send back:

Follow our instructions to pack the items and send them to the address provided by our customer service team. Please pay for shipping and we recommend insuring the shipment for added security.

4. Label the boxes:

Don't forget to write your order number on the outside of the package. This ensures a smooth identification process.

5. Return time:

Send the product back within 30 days of starting your return. Once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

1. Returns received:

Once we receive your returned product, we will process it immediately. We will notify you when the refund is ready and if your refund is ready.

2. Refund authorizations:

Your refund has been approved. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

4. Still no refunds:

About Exchange

  • Product Exchange

Once the period exceeds 30 days from the date you receive the package, you can no longer request an unconditional return. However, you can request an exchange for quality reasons within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package, as verified by us.

For faster verification of quality issues, please provide the following information when contacting us:

1. your order number from our official website.

2. Clear videos or photographs showing specific issues.

3. A specific description of the problem.

  • Exchange coverage

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged due to poor quality, but not due to improper handling or rough use.

For example, carrying any unauthorized disassembly/repair/modification, or damaging it with liquid (including water/milk) into the breast pump motor, the above cannot be replaced.
